Processing Time: 1 - 5 business days
Shipping Time: 10 - 20 business days (14-28 days). In some cases, We offers the option of expedited shipping, which takes 4-6 business days from the time your items are shipped.
All products are shipped from China or Hong Kong.
If you don't receive it within the agreed time, please contact your local post office to check whether your parcel is being held there. If not, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you further.
- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.
- Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.
- Customers must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.
- A signature is required for the package. If no one is at home, the package can be picked up at the post office (bring ID).
- Shipping charges are to be borne by customers.
- Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Items are non-returnable after you have signed for and accepted the delivery.
Q: What is your complete returns policy?
A: We only accept return the merchandise in following cases: we send you the wrong size/color/item or you received merchandise with blemishes. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. To send an item back to us, you may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Heyfair.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 week for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Q: If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
Q: Are any items non-returnable?
Returning policy: We sent you the wrong size/color/item or the production have distinct dilapidation/damage. All the returning items must be unworn and unwashed with original packing and tags.

3. Specify the reason for returning the item.
4. The email address you use to login to Heyfair.com.
5. Please provide us the tracking number once you have shipped them back.
6. We recommend you purchase tracking and insurance as we are not responsible if the item is lost in the post. If your item doesn’t arrive back to us we can not refund you.
